Medical Representative - Urgent Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:
> Calling on Doctors with pre-determined frequency to promote, discuss, remind and inform about the brands offered by the Company in your assigned territory.
> Meeting specified number of Doctors and Chemist Retailers by working in a pre-planned territory that is decided with help of a Monthly conducted RCPA (survey) regarding company's products and doctors' prescription habits.
Tour Plan
> Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company's brands are easily available at his / her retail counter.
> Meeting the company appointed authorised Wholesalers to ensure that sufficient stock is kept for distribution to retail chemists in his or her assigned territory.
> Submission of Daily Visit Reports giving details of days work consisting of names of Drs, Retailers, and so forth.
> Giving feedback to the company regarding the competitor's activity or anything which influences the company's sales.
> To prepare & maintain product-wise list of Doctors in your assigned territory.
> Occasional joint working with managers, product executives for greater effectiveness of Doctor calls.
> Achieving assigned targets for every brand of the company.
> Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches, and future sales planning.
> Giving feedback to the company about competitor activities.
> Attending regular training programs for updating medical as well as pharmaceutical knowledge.
> Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
> Bachelor's/master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
