Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our Healthcare & Hygiene products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, distributors, and hospitals, in your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, to drive product adoption and usage.
Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of our products and their benefits.
Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including clinical data and scientific evidence, to healthcare professionals to support informed decision-making.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory to expand market reach and achieve sales growth targets.
Plan and prioritize sales activities, including customer visits and meetings, to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats and develop strategies to address them.
Prepare and submit regular reports, including sales forecasts, territory performance, and competitor analysis, to management to track progress and performance against targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in Health and Hygiene product sales, with at least [5] years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product information and value propositions.
Knowledge of the Health and Hygiene product industry and competitors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
