Responsibilities
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Ayurveda market.
-Build relationships with Ayurvedic doctors and BAMS practitioners.
-Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information.
-Provide market feedback and attend medical conferences.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Continuous updation of feedback from market to company.
-Servicing the needs of existing customers.
-Working in close coordination with other team members.
-Maintaining and increasing sales of products and ensuring timely collection.
-Smart, Self-motivated with good communication skills.
-Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
-Must be well versed with territory.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products and practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Beginner level Proficiency in using Excel and other relevant softwares.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
