*Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned area.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members.

- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and performance.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.

- Monitor and report on the performance of the sales team, presenting insights and recommendations.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics within the assigned area.

- Drive initiatives to expand market share and enhance the company's competitive positions.
