Job Description

- Promote and sell the companys wound care products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on the benefits, features, and usage of wound care products.

- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical and wound care industry, including new treatments, products, and regulations.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, monitoring progress regularly and adjusting strategies as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory. Submit regular reports to the sales manager and other relevant teams.

- Provide ongoing support and educational material to healthcare providers regarding best practices for wound care treatments.

- Gather and report information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to assist in developing sales strategies and improving product offerings.

- Participate in healthcare events, workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote the companys products and stay informed about industry advancements.

- Organize and conduct product training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and other promotional activities for healthcare professionals.

- Ensure all promotional activities and interactions comply with the pharmaceutical industry's ethical standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with the marketing, research and development, and sales teams to align on strategies, gather customer insights, and improve product offerings.

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
