As a vital link between healthcare professionals and our company, you will promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, provide valuable medical knowledge, and ultimately drive sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Present and detail the benefits, features, and efficacy of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement strategies.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest clinical data, research findings, and product developments to effectively answer customer inquiries.

Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities comply with medical and regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to report progress and insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic freshers).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
