• This is a full time position

Location

• This role is based in Calicut, Kerala. No remote working

Salary

Rs. 15,000 to 30,000 per month + lunch allowance + performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Recruit for roles in healthcare, pharma and life sciences in domestic and international markets

• Source candidates through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, emails, social

media, WhatsApp Groups, Telegram Groups, third party job sites etc and build a strong talent

pipeline

• Liaise with sourcing support teams to register and activate candidates on the ATS

• Follow-up with passive candidates and activate their accounts

• Create job descriptions based on client requirements

• Understand client needs and fulfil them

• Collect candidate documents, review and prepare for submissions

• Route any new opportunities to the appropriate business development executives

• Run webinars, speaker sessions etc to source new candidates

• Persuade candidates you interact with to follow our social media channels

• Update daily activities in the CRM and ATS

• Following up on billing

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or other discipline

• 6 Months to 3 years’ experience in medical and/or non-medical recruiting

• Hands-on experience in working with US/UK recruitment

• Knowledge of healthcare / pharma / life sciences terminology

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and different sourcing channels

• Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong personal and professional ethics
