For Preauth

approve PAs based on the buckets allotted to each approver

inform the Network department in case of any erroneous billing / excess billing

approve online preauthorization requests received

case of any suspicious case, the same will be informed to Investigator.

process cases within TAT.

ctly adherence to the policy T&C.

ctly follow duty schedule and timing.

complete target.

work as a team.

ADMINISTRATIVE or Reimbursement

confirm the claim is received in correct MAID, Hospital, etc,

capture the bifurcation of Admissible and Non-admissible payments

check the Policy conditions.

check the Hospital Discount for Cashless Claims

maintain the TAT & Quality

FINANCIAL

see to that there is no adverse financial implication for the organisation while settlement of claims.
