Transcribe the prescription form and Medicine Chart

· Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patient’s file.

· Maintain the over Register

· Medical consultation in other hospital

· Inhouse consultation

· Pick up of involuntary admissions

· Arrange the pick-up team

· RTMs Therapy

· Psychoeducation regarding patient’s abnormal reports

· Doctor round in morning & night

· Team Member in ECT Therapy

· Psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like HCV, ALD, THYROID etc.

· General Medical care of patients

· Arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times

· Medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night.

· Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary

· Prescribe the medicine on practo at the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA

· Handle emergency in night times

· Admit the patient in night time with the permission of consultant

· During admission taking history & search of patient in night time

· Adjustment in sport sessions of patients

· Making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & other

excess

· Solve dietary issues at night times

· Complaint counselling regarding medicines

· Disulfiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation

· Some psychological scales like EPS Scale, EHS, etc.

· Physical examination & patient induction during admission
