1) Pre-employment Medical check-up for contract employees as well as AIL employees
with the help of nurses.
2) Also follow up for consultation concerning employees, keep a record of the same.
3) Legal compliance (100% compliance to applicable records) and reporting related to
OHC.
4) Active participation through Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) related medical
services with nearby hospitals / nursing homes as instructed by the Management.
5) Support the chief FMO in all terms including annual planning & budgeting of OHC, CAPEX
projects related to OHC etc.
6) Conduction of health promotional initiatives annual schedule.
7) Role in employee health awareness programmes. Training & Education to all employees
related to health.
8) Ensure the highest level of medical emergency preparedness at site.
9) Guide to maintain good occupational hygiene in PME Center. Conduct hygiene inspection of
workplace including canteen & submit reports along with observations &
recommendations.
10) Ensure upkeep of all medical equipment & ambulances.
11) Ensure employee involvement through promotional programmes
