The ideal candidate should be a creative and analytical thinker. Male candidates will be preferred. He should be focused on enhancing the sales from the mentioned sales point. He should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and should be well aware of how the nutraceuticals products are pushed into the market.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign.

• Form a network of sales point (hospital, medical shops, wellness centers, and doctors)

• Candidate will be responsible for B2B as well as B2C Marketing with an initial focus on B2C.

• Candidate will be responsible for the Offline Marketing of the product which includes consulting with Doctors, Pharmaceutical stores, Hospitality industry clients. He should meet them and register as a selling point for our product.

• Should be able to explore and find out new sales channels and sales points for our product. He will have to monitor the sales through each sales point and work to improve the sales.

• Candidate should be familiar with the medical terminologies and should have prior experience in the sales of FMCG products in the medical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing with specialization in pharma or healthcare industry Must have

• Minimum to 1 year of relevant experience in pharma or healthcare product sales

• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills

Candidates required: 2

Workdays: 6 days a week (Sunday holiday)

Work hours flexible (as per the marketing activity designed)

Salary: 10-12k/month with extra petrol allowance

Sales margin on achieving the sales target.

Note-Candidates from Nagpur with medical Knowledge are preferred.
