Primarily engage with SALES of assigned medical equipment in the assigned territory of Southern el to the assigned areas within Tamilnadu as required with valid permits from the required authorities
To engage in COLD CALLING & PROMOTION of Medical Equipment (Capital equipment & consumables) assigned with decision makers & users (Doctors, Operation Theatre (OT) Staff (Head Nurses & Brothers) in Hospitals (Private & Government), Private Clinics & Medical Colleges (Private and Medical).
To provide relevant information during ENQUIRY regarding technical doubts raised by Doctors, OT department, Purchase committees
Effectively build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitche according to their specifications.
To generate LEADS from relevant buyers through Cold Calling Direct Walk-ins/ Tele-calling / Emailing.
DEMOS & APPLICATION SUPPORT: To provide a demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products. Attend CMEs, workshop and group meetings in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist as agreed.
PROPOSAL & NEGOTIATIONS, FOLLOW-UP & CLOSE: Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company
AFTER SALES SUPPORT Assist in the installation of existing orders. Service Coordination for your territory. Maintain contact with existing customers for creating good reference points.
Achieve SALES TARGETS for thcompany's brand by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories product-wise by directly working with Hospitals & related segments
Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Company's vision, mission and values.
Focusing on updating ones knowledge and skills.
Effectively executing the plan agreed with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
