Job Profile: Medical Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Transport the samples collected to lab
OR
Sample Receiving, processing, interpretation and reporting (Biochemistry, Immunology, Clinical pathology, serology, Microbiology, Accessioning)
-Daily quality control, instrument handling and maintenance
-Performing routine and advance diagnostics test
-Troubleshooting of equipment’s and Instruments
-Coordination with QA during internal and external audit and compliance as per GLP
-Ensuring Turn-around –time of laboratory test and adhering to it
-Identify bottle necks in work flow that can affect smooth functioning of department and proactively address the issue and inform superiors in time.
-Prepare and maintain SOP for Test as per quality Instructions
-Maintain MIS as per requirement
-Organize and attend Seminar and trainings
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
-DMLT/ MLT/ CMLT Student
-Having good experience in Blood collection
-Confident & good communicator
Patient handling education
UG: - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
Diploma (Preferred)
