Key Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diabetes, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management (insulin and oral hypoglycemics), lifestyle modifications, and dietary recommendations.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about diabetes management, self-monitoring of blood glucose, and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.

Monitoring and Follow-up: Regularly monitor patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and manage complications associated with diabetes.
