Responsible for understanding the requirements of the clients for each case that has to be investigated.

Responsible for assigning cases and supervising field investigators/Executives at ground level and communicate with claimant whenever required.

Responsible for gathering quality evidence pertaining to cases within TAT given by the clients.

Maintain strong communication and relationship with the client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases.

Communicate investigation findings, recommendations and outcomes with the clients.

Maintain strong coordination with the in-house team for generating and preparing reports.

Ability to go on field for investigation whenever necessary as required by the position.

Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings from claim investigation.
