responsible for assigning cases and supervising field investigators/executives at ground level and communicate with claimant whenever required.

responsible for gathering quality evidence pertaining to cases within tat given by the clients.

maintain strong communication and relationship with the client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases.

communicate investigation findings, recommendations and outcomes with the clients.

maintain strong coordination with the in-house team for generating and preparing reports.

ability to go on field for investigation whenever necessary as required by the position.

multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings from claim investigation.
