Focus on continuously enhancing patients experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.

Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.

Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.

Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.

Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.

Tie- Ups with the other hospitals and Govt. Agencies.
