Virtual Admin Executives will be fully responsible for a patients entire life cycle within the clinic starting with onboarding to requests , complaints and discharge. Virtual Admin Executives will maintain a very close professional relationship with their respective physicians in order to assist them in their day to day activities. As an individual contributor your role requires a great deal of focus, responsibility and patience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to patient emails and phone calls.
- Manage the doctor's schedule (including scheduling appointments/cancellations with focus on occupancy)
- Assist doctors on their day to task which involves various tasks related to medication ordering, Prior Authorization, preparing letter draft etc)
- Ensure timely resolution to patient requests and complaints.
- Onboarding new patients to the clinic including completing all paperwork and checks before patient gets an appointment.
- Manage weekly content and posts on company’s social media accounts
- Work with other internal departments for better coordination and patient care.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and good organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
