We are searching for a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as a Media Buyer.
Media Buyer Responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
2. Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
3. Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
4. Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
5. Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
6. Negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
7. Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
8. Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-troughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
9. Building and maintaining a network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks.
10. Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
Media Buyer Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
2. Minimum of three years of experience as a media buyer or similar job position in the Marketing department.
3. Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, and Google Analytics.
4. Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Face book Business Manager.
5. Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
6. Strong organizational skills and project management skills.
7. Strong Exceptional oral and written communication skills and networking abilities.
10. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
