Role and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the project management team to understand program objectives and learning outcomes, and translate them into mechatronics-focused activities and projects.
2. Design and develop hands-on learning experiences that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles, aligning with educational standards and curriculum requirements.
3. Create project plans and timelines for the development and implementation of mechatronics activities, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
4. Work closely with a team of programmers, designers, and content creators to develop and refine program content, including lesson plans, instructional materials, and activity guides.
5. Build and assemble prototypes, models, and equipment needed for mechatronics activities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and suitable for various educational settings.
6. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mechatronics projects to ensure their effectiveness, functionality, and educational value.
7. Provide guidance and support to educators and facilitators during program implementation, including training sessions, workshops, and ongoing assistance.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in mechatronics engineering and related fields to inform program development and ensure alignment with industry standards.
