Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Mechanical Technicians to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment. Your technical expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Job Requirements:

Education and Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a Mechanical Technician or Maintenance Technician certificate, are advantageous.

Mechanical Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.

Competence in using hand and power tools for mechanical work.

Familiarity with precision measurement instruments and techniques.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Proficiency in conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of mechanical systems and equipment.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.

Skill in performing repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to industry standards and safety guidelines.

Experience in conducting equipment inspections, identifying potential problems, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Safety and Compliance:

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in mechanical maintenance and repair work.

Adherence to safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
