1) Technician qualification should be Diploma in Automobile or ITI in Diesel Mechanic.

2) He should carry 10 to 12 years of Hands-on experience on Diesel engine & Mobile heavy vehicle maintenance.

3) He must be capable of Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.

4) He should execute routine Preventive maintenance of all Equipment.

5) He must be capable of Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.

6) He must hold heavy driving licence as to take trial of heavy equipment after maintenance.

7) He must have the ability of Diagnose malfunctions of machines and make mechanical repairs as early as possible.
