Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Reporting: Monitor production metrics and prepare reports on performance, including efficiency, quality, and team output.
