Job Purpose:
To be able to help create Customer Delight by giving service satisfaction in terms of timeliness, quality.
He will initially work under guidance of experienced
Sr Engineers.
Ensure Machine uptime/Solving Customers problem resolution.
Ensure Service productivity
Internal Customer - strong work relationship with Sales & Engineering team to deliver results.
Good Team Player.
Most important candidate has to follow service standards laid down for him and a learning attitude (applies for fresher). For ~ 2 years experience the person should be able to learn new and emerging technologies in the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Service Engineer - Operational
Understand KPIs and deliver them.
Information system so as to have robust process & reporting
Eg Client & Machine list, Last Service date, Engineer appointed for that client, Is service report open or closed, Nature of Problem
Visit select clients before, during and after service, to check satisfaction
Submit Service Reports and related Reports regularly
Gather knowledge about machines and clients in his area
Initially person would be under guidance/mentored by Sr Engineers.
Co-ordination / Linkage Responsibilities
Keep good coordination with senior service engineers who have > 10 years experience in the field
Keep good coordination with spare part department
Keep good coordination with National Service Head
Skill Sets Required
Hard & Soft Skills
English & Hindi proficiency at least. Any additional language is a bonus
High Integrity
Knowledge of machines and trouble shooting of machines
Able to read machine diagram (for mechanical)
An exposure from college in understanding machine parts
Person will be on 6 months probation, by which time we will know fitment in the working systems of Cloverleaf.
CTC
Up to 35 - 40 k/pm
For fresher 30 k/pm
