Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydro-Mechanical Manager to lead our HM team in the execution of hydro power projects. The Hydro-Mechanical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hydro-mechanical engineering and project management, including design, fabrication, erection commissioning, estimation, department correspondence, technical document making and project management with various departments. This role requires strong technical expertise in hydro-mechanical works of hydropower projects, as well as exceptional leadership and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Hydro-Mechanical Engineering:

o Lead the design and engineering of hydro-mechanical systems for hydropower projects, including penstocks, gates, and related components.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, and project specifications throughout the design process.

o Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team, resolving complex engineering challenges as they arise.

2. Bill of Material (BOM) Development:

o Oversee the creation of detailed bills of materials (BOM) for hydro-mechanical works for new tenders, working closely with engineers and procurement specialists.

o Optimize material procurement and sourcing strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness and project efficiency.

o Maintain accurate records of BOM revisions, updates, and supplier information.

3. Departmental Correspondence:
