Post - Maintenance Head

Salary - 40K to 50K

Location - IMT Faridabad

Experience - 9 to 20 Years

Qualification - in Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical

JD-

1 To Prepare the PM plan and monitor the actuals

2 To monitor the machine spares as per master list

3 To monitor and review the service plan (AMC) of machines like DG, Compressor, AC, Crane,Lift , STP, ETP..etc.,

4 To maintain and monitor the process of machine maintenance as per QOS requirements (Breakdown, MTTR, MTBF, Predictive maintenance, power factor,..etc.,)

5 To maintain history cards for each machines along with electrical, mechanical and other spares drawings

6 To ensure ERP entries

7 To Ensure About ISO Documentation

8 To Ensure About Servo Motors , CNC Machines And Furnance .
