Hands on experience with printing, production and fabrication machines. Looking after all plant maintenance activities

Material management & store keeping of critical & consumable spares of machines.

Initiating & implementing safety improvement activities on machines.

Supervision of maintenance department

Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.

Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.

To maintain the utility equipment's as per the operating standards.

Troubleshoot all types of hydraulic system and Pneumatic Functional.

Localized spare and cost savings.

New machine Installation, testing and commissioning

Machine layout change as per requirement.

Plan and achieve Preventive Maintenance activities as per targets.

Responsible for the human and equipment safety in daily operations
