Job Description

anical Engineer(Maintenance)- Agrochemical Industry in Gujarat.

Job Title: Executive - Sr. Engineer Maintenance

Department: Maintenance

Experience Required: 6 to 15years

Qualification:- BE/ B. Tech Mechanical

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

- Erection, installation and commissioning of various types of static and rotary, utilities equipment & its piping work.

- Coordination with other engineering disciplines for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.

- Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GA’s, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS, MR, Design Basis, PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment , Structure , Piping , and Isometric.

- Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipment’s and submit report to Head - Project.

Educational and Qualification Requirement (Please mention in below table)

- BE/ B. Tech Mechanical and related field or equivalent work experience (6+ Years of exp in Agrochemicals / chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects will be an advantage)..
