We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Mechanical Helpers in Oman. As a Mechanical Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our mechanical technicians and engineers in various tasks related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. Your support and willingness to learn will contribute to the efficient operation of our mechanical department.

Responsibilities:

Assist mechanical technicians and engineers in performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on mechanical equipment and systems.

Handle tools, equipment, and materials under the guidance of senior staff.

Provide support in dismantling, assembling, and testing mechanical components and systems.

Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Assist in carrying out routine inspections and checks on machinery to identify potential issues.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Follow instructions closely and learn from experienced technicians to develop your mechanical skills.

Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly.

Participate in training programs to enhance your mechanical knowledge and skills.

Collaborate with other team members to accomplish departmental goals and tasks.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience as a mechanical helper or in a similar role is a plus.

Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about mechanical systems.

Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.
