Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of all Kind of Facade works like Glazed Curtain Walls & Fins, Stone / Tile Cladding, Canopies & Skylight with different kind of materials, and Other kinds of faade work including Commissioning / Handing over of finished Product Apart from this knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters are also preferable.

Responsible to Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities.

Able to understand specifications/methodology and architectural, Structural & Interior drawings of finishing activities.

Coordination with Contractors/Subcontractors for Faade & Finishing Activities to carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil, Finishing, and Faade activities at all stages.

Responsible to Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience includes Faade, interior and civil finishing works.

Candidate completely based on-site.

Candidate should have good exposure in high rise residential or commercial projects
