Knowledge of handling operation & maintenance activities of process equipment Like: FBP, Coating machine, Blister packing machine, cartonator, Capsule filling machine,Rapid mixer granulator etc. equipment and utilities like: Air compressor, Boiler , Chiller, vacuum pump, ETP, STP, Purified water system,Hot water System etc.

Knowledge of handling operation & maintenance activities of Injectable process equipment Like: Ampoule filling machine, Ampoule/vial filling machine,Ampoule/vial depyrogenation Tunnel, Ampoule/Vial washing machine, Lyophiliser, Glove port testing machine Filter Integrity Machine, Particle Counter, etc.

Knowledge of trouble shooting process equipment, HVAC system & utilities and also for validation of HVAC system.

Timely scheduling of preventive maintenance of equipment.

Timely attend for breakdown maintenance for minimum idle time.

To supervise & maintain engineering inventory of spares & timely ordering of spares.

Knowledge of Quality Control euipments like Fuming Hood, Incubator, Walking Chamber, stability chamber, Autoclave, etc.

To perform qualifications of new equipment, also revalidation of equipment.

Ensure safety at work place & use of safety equipments by the engineering staff.

Knowledge of cGMP documentation like: preparation SOPs & their review, Qualification of equipment.

Co-ordination with outside party for calibration of critical gauges, Validation of HVAC system.
