- Perform & monitor rewinding, repair of electric motor - LT/HT/DC Motors/ Pumps/ generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety.

- Read and make winding diagrams, Collect winding data and record on winding data sheets.

- Inspect, identify and repair damaged core, Detect and troubleshoot winding faults.

- Read / use winding test / measuring equipment . insulation, resistance, multi-meter, conductor (low resistance Meter), growler, micrometer and Vernier caliper.

- Managing of Rewinding of three-phase and single-phase motors with round and flat wire.

- Managing of Fit and replace winding temperature sensors and heater.

- Managing of Braze, solder and crimp winding connection

- Managing of Overhaul and repair of pumps.
