R&D Engineer (Mechanical)
1. Meeting with MCL team and R&D team to discuss new ideas and processes.
2. Conducting Literature and market research for preparing feasibility reports on new processes.
3. Designing and manufacturing new process pilot setups and lab setups.
4. Conducting research on pilot and lab setups to reach the target yields
5. Scale up of new processes (From Concept to commissioning).
6. Creating design projects and specification sheets.
7. Presenting process designs to management and stakeholders.
8. Overseeing the engineering of prototypes and pilot plants.
9. Testing Process for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
10. Resolving process issues.
11. Overseeing the production process.
12. Procurement and Vendor Development.
13. Record Keeping
14. Preparing SOP’s for each process
15. Preparing feasibility reports and Detailed Project Reports.
Research and Development Engineer Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering.
2. 2 years' experience as an R&D engineer.
3. Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering.
5. Proficient with computer design software including AutoCAD.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Experience with project management is preferable.
8. Experience of Aspen (static and dynamic) is preferable.
9. Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
10. Must have interest in bio-energy and sustainable energy sector.
11. Creative and innovative thinking.
