Design and Development: Create and refine mechanical designs for manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes using CAD software.

Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.

Collaboration: Work with production teams to understand operational challenges and provide engineering support to resolve issues.

Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and protocols to validate new designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and process instructions.

Project Management: Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Compliance: Ensure all designs and processes adhere to safety and quality regulations.

Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new equipment and processes.
