Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 to 8 yrs of Experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment

Experience in the cement industry is preferred

Experience in supervising and coordinating a team is preferred

Good knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Demonstrate technical knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts and proficiency in tools used in the field.

Be able to evaluate field conditions and perform technical analysis to help troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions
