Job Description

Roles And Responsibility :

-Using computer-assisted drafting Auto CAD equipment.

-Individually made of design qualification regarding job projects.

Should prepare cost evaluation of the project.

Prepare Sales Drawing.

Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls.

Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.

Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment.

Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.

The layout draws and reproduces illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.

Shade or color drawings to clarify and emphasize details and dimensions and eliminate background, using ink, crayon, airbrush, and overlays.

Technical query resolution - Responding to client/sales for client comments on the submitted proposals for any technical queries

Preparation & review of compliant commercial offer/ cost sheet technical documents, P&ID, URS. Submission to management for review &modification

Interaction with the project team for sorting out any technical / scope discrepancy, and client comments during project execution that are related to design / technical change.

You should have knowledge of Auto-CAD. You should know how to check the drawing and designs.

Experience in the field of fabrication of vessels would be preferred. Preparing assembly drawings, subassembly drawings, and component drawings.

Individual layout drawing & P&ID.

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
