Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks

Experience in designing, analyzing and testing mechanical systems and components, such as pumps, motors, and gearboxes

Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques

Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools is a plus

Strong communication and project management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Salary : 14k to 40k
