Job Location: Vasai & Factory: Palghar West

Experience: 1-3 years. preferably in mechanical design of transformer.

Hands on experience is SolidWorks software is mandatory.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in the field of power transformers or related electrical equipment.

• Proficiency in CAD software (., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools(Optional).

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings of transformer components and assemblies using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

• Generate assembly drawings that illustrate the arrangement and interconnection of transformer components, including cores, windings, tanks, cooling systems, and insulation structures.

• Produce detailed drawings of individual transformer parts, including machined components, sheet metal parts, and fabricated assemblies, with accurate measurements and specifications.

• Knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, and conventions used in mechanical engineering and manufacturing.

Key Software Skills:

• Solidworks (Mandatory)
