Scope of Work :
Ø The doctor shall work in 12 hours shift
Ø Assistance with medical evacuation support / arrangement of transportation
Ø Provide reports back to Management required with respect of medical confidentiality and/or with informed patient’s consent. Alternatively, escort and accompany the patient up to the point where the evacuation team arrives.
Ø Supervision and coordination with any other medical personnel at the site.
Ø Maintain continuing professional development and license
Ø Maintain clinical competence and current evidence based practices.
Ø Assist with health & hygiene inspections, or training activities concerning health and wellness-programming including medical administration jobs.
Ø Emergency medical care at the site to stabilize a patient.
Ø Preparation for medical evacuations.
Ø Participate in medical evacuations, when deemed feasible, in consultation with the designated authorized person.
Ø To ensure that the site Medical Emergency Response guidelines, Medevac related information as required by site specific Incident Response Plan document is current and is tested for accuracy and is updated on a weekly basis.
Ø Supervise the paramedic.
Ø Act as advisor for medical problems to the local field employees.
Ø Doctor shall train the Paramedics on Occupational Health requirements.
Ø To plan and prepare inventory list of medicines (drugs and disposables) and coordinate for procurement and delivery.
Ø To confirm medications and treatment for all patient referrals to the nearby hospital.
Ø Handover notes, Monthly Reports to be consolidated along with PME reports of employees.
Ø Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients, employing ALS emergency medical protocols.
Ø Treatment of non-emergency medical conditions as per standard treatment protocols
Ø To maintain occupational health data and records including patient OPD register.
Ø Contract length: 36 months
