Business analysis and systems analysis.
•Define business process flows and workflows
•Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and co-ordinate all internal & external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
•Work as level 1 analyst for the technical issues raised by the clients.
•Accountable for analysis, recreation and resolution of client raised technical issues. If issue calls for escalation to the next level, refer to appropriate resource while retaining ownership of resolution through to completion.
•Provide timely responses to client technical issues via telephone, e-mail and ticket tracking database.
•Coordinate the resolution of issues through the management of software releases.
•Act as an advocate for the client within the company through or thorough understanding of the clients business practices and values.
•Provide appropriate reports to management on a timely basis.
•Successfully deliver high-quality service on schedule and match the client expectations effectively
•Rational problem solving and ownership on decision making.
•Keep up to date on market trends, customer feedback, and new products/companies within the industry.
•Other duties as assigned
