Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MAXIMO Specialist with over 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining IBM MAXIMO Enterprise Asset Management software solutions. Responsibilities:
�� Implement, configure, and customize IBM MAXIMO software according to business requirements.
�� Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
�� Design and develop customizations, reports, and integrations using MAXIMO.
�� Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
�� Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
�� Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
�� Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements:
�� Bachelor��s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
�� Proven experience (5+ years) implementing and supporting IBM MAXIMO.
�� In-depth knowledge of MAXIMO configurations, applications, and modules (Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.).
�� Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and web technologies.
�� Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development.
�� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
�� Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
�� Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
