Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MAXIMO Specialist with over 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining IBM MAXIMO Enterprise Asset Management software solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize IBM MAXIMO software according to business requirements.

Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.

Design and develop customizations, reports, and integrations using MAXIMO.

Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) implementing and supporting IBM MAXIMO.

In-depth knowledge of MAXIMO configurations, applications, and modules (Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.).

Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and web technologies.

Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
