Job Title: Math Tutor (IB Curriculum) - MYP 1

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students studying the International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics curriculum - MYP1.

Assist students with understanding mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and exam preparation.

Tailor teaching methods to match the specific IB Math course level (Mathematical Studies, Standard Level, or Higher Level).

Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement.

Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the IB Mathematics curriculum - MYP1

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex mathematical concepts.

Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Preferred:

Experience teaching or tutoring IB Math - MYP1. Anyone with no experience with MYP1 IB Math need not apply.

Familiarity with the specific requirements of IB assessments and internal assessments.
