Job Responsibilities:

Conduct classes for JEE/NEET aspirants, covering [Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Maths] topics.

Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the curriculum and the needs of students.

Prepare and deliver engaging content that simplifies complex concepts.

Mentor and guide students in doubt-solving sessions, tests, and revisions.

Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.

Assist in creating study materials, test papers, and assignments.

Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and teaching techniques.

Collaborate with fellow faculty members and contribute to curriculum improvement.

Key Requirements:

Masters/Bachelors degree in [Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Maths] or a related field.

Proven experience in teaching for JEE/NEET or other competitive exams.

Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to motivate and mentor students.

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online teaching platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a coaching institute or competitive exam training.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
