Position: All Rounder Mason

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and versatile All Rounder Masons to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As an All Rounder Mason, you will be responsible for performing a variety of masonry tasks, including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and concrete work. Your expertise in multiple areas of masonry will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Mason, preferably with expertise in multiple masonry disciplines.

Experience in construction projects, both residential and commercial, is advantageous.

Masonry Skills:

Proficiency in bricklaying, blocklaying, and stone masonry techniques.

Ability to mix and apply mortar, grout, and other construction materials accurately.

Knowledge of different masonry tools and equipment, and the ability to use them effectively.

Skill in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Plastering and Tiling:

Competence in plastering walls and surfaces, applying coatings, and achieving smooth finishes.

Experience in tile installation, including preparation, cutting, and grouting.

Concrete Work:

Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques.

Ability to construct formwork and reinforcement for concrete structures.

Safety and Compliance:

Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in masonry work.

Adherence to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Knowledge of local building codes and standards.

Physical Stamina and Dexterity:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise masonry work.
