Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Lithuania. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing brickwork, concrete structures, and other masonry projects. Your expertise in working with various materials and your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Masonry Work: Perform various masonry tasks, including but not limited to bricklaying, blockwork, stonework, and concrete finishing.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to accurately execute masonry projects.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for specific projects and ensure their proper preparation and installation.

Layout and Measurement: Measure and mark surfaces to guide the laying of masonry work, ensuring precision and accuracy.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment, such as trowels, saws, and mixers.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the durability and quality of the finished product.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including laborers, carpenters, and project managers, to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects.

Knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment.

Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy objects.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Valid masonry certification or license is a plus.
