We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Masons to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Masons will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures using materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in masonry, excellent craftsmanship skills, and a thorough understanding of construction techniques.

Responsibilities:

Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings to understand project specifications and layout requirements.

Prepare construction materials such as bricks, concrete, and mortar, ensuring accurate measurements and appropriate mixtures for different applications.

Lay bricks, stones, and other materials in a precise and uniform manner, considering aesthetics, structural integrity, and safety regulations.

Use a variety of tools including trowels, levels, and hammers to accurately set and align bricks or stones, ensuring a secure and durable construction.

Repair and maintain existing structures by replacing or reinforcing damaged or deteriorated sections using appropriate masonry techniques.

Collaborate with construction supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to established timelines.

Apply finishes such as stucco or plaster to enhance the appearance and durability of completed structures.

Conduct regular inspections of completed work to identify and rectify any issues or imperfections in the construction.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the appropriate storage and handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Thorough understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and construction processes.
