We are seeking skilled and experienced Masons to join our team in Kuwait. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using various materials, such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of construction techniques, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze construction plans and blueprints to determine the specifications and materials required for each project.

Lay out building foundations and structural frameworks, ensuring accuracy and alignment according to the established designs.

Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to cut, shape, and polish materials, such as bricks, stones, and concrete blocks, for construction purposes.

Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bind materials together, following established safety and quality standards.

Construct and repair walls, partitions, and other structures, paying close attention to detail and ensuring structural integrity.

Install and align reinforcements and supports within structures to enhance stability and durability.

Collaborate with other construction team members, such as engineers and architects, to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the safe handling of construction materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.

Perform any other construction-related tasks or duties as assigned by the project supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Thorough knowledge of masonry techniques, including the use of various materials, tools, and equipment.
