• must know how to lay bricks ( wall )

• must know how to cement wall screeding

• must have to have knowledge of exterior safety frame work

• must be able to work outside building with safety harness

• must not be above age of 30

• must know the cement mixing ratios

• must know basic shuttering works, lintel works

• must know the alignment using plum-bob, water hose levelling, and fishing line alignment

• must be a slim person, not overweight

• must be able to east southern foods, non-veg.
