Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services.

Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and organize calendars.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Communication:

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

Assist with data entry, database management, and record updates.

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.

Financial Administration:

Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.

Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
