Job purpose

The role of this position exist to operate well established information technology farm in KSA with

joint venture in Delhi.

We are looking for professional who have good bilingual (English and Arabic) communication

skills, have a passion for high level of achievements, strong interpersonal and team player skills as

well as able to deal with challenges of a business that is operating 24 hours a day. Applicant should

also have a solid an information technology background, and professional skills of graphic design

Microsoft office.

Applicant is responsible for providing highest level of service possible to our customers, vendors,

co-workers and community. This position is also required high level of skills to manage social media

account and digital marketing plan.

Duties and responsibilities

• Understand the needs of our customers and able to respond effectively with a plan of how

to meet their needs.

• Assist the project manager for scheduling, training, implementation, and maintenance

our technology solutions.

• Interface with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software

solutions.

• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of

development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for

all channels and ads)

• Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.

• Leverage the right tools to manage your content.

• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print

and digital marketing)

• Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns

Skills and Abilities

• Considerable knowledge of IT vendor management and contract negotiations experience.

• Strong bilingual (Arabic and English) written and verbal communications skills and a

willingness to work closely with and explain sophisticated technology and
