Mapping of Consumer Location & Verification of Consumer Data (as per billing records and on ground availability).
Basic Consumer information will be provided before sending the survey team to Field. This consumer Data will be for reference only. Surveyor need to visit Billing cycle and MRU wise each and every consumer premises for collection of Consumer Personal Information and Meter details as per Data Model pre-loaded in Mobile Application.
Pre-developed Mobile Application will be provided to each and every surveyor to capture the Consumer location and need to Geo-Tag the Meter box also.
During the field survey all the building to be visited and information regarding the metering status (Metered, un-metered, new) need to be collected.
If one building consist more than one consumer, information for all the consumers to be collected separately.
Summary Scope of Services
i. The consumer database created through the Consumer mapping through door-to-door survey will be finally required to be linked to the Electrical network Asset from where the consumer is connected. Database for mapping the respective source of supply for individual consumers. This requires the linking the Consumer database with the base map and electricity network entities database with the electricity network map.
ii. Once feeder wise network survey is done, Consumer Indexing needs to be started and required network attributes as per Data model need to be collected.

To verify the type of service line shown as well as the meter phase.
